How do i create a banner on www.joshandfriends.com.au or www.gayscene.com.au?

Alright… I’ve been asked about this twice yesterday so it’s obviously a little hard to see. Until we can improve the placement of the Create a banner and Manage banner buttons here is an image of where they are 
Please note this is the same for adding a Feature image in the right nav (the image under the text that says “Feature”).
